Travel Deal of the Day (October 12, 2007)

If you would like to take a vacation, the next six to eight weeks (excluding Thanksgiving week) provide a great opportunity to save money.

The Deal:
The kids are back in school, so hotels in leisure destinations are trying to attract visitors. During the low travel season (now until mid-December), you can obtain great deals on very nice hotels. Especially in family-oriented locations such as Orlando, hotels will offer tremendous discounts. Over the next few weeks, I will profile some of these deals.
